Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Express Shipping (within USA): Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time 10-30 business days
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment via standard shipping or 1-3 business days with express shipping. All orders are shipped from our facility in California, USA.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may take between 10 to 30 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ShoVavas is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order for international shipments. Customers are responsible for paying these fees as required by their country's customs regulations.
Damages and Lost Packages
ShoVavas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We adhere to all USA government sanctions and regulations. As a result, we do not ship to countries that are under USA government sanctions. Any orders with shipping addresses in these sanctioned countries will be canceled and refunded.
